Celtic Harvest and QiGong
On the eve of Lammas, the Celtic Festival of Harvest, this is a ceremony for abundance and immune boosting.

We’ll begin with a chant to Tara, the goddess and female Buddha who is named thus in Ireland, India, and spiritual traditions throughout antiquity, her relevance today is that she represents the earth and all of us and our ability to renew, regrow and continue on.

We shall practice an abbreviated Qigong form for bringing in the Moon’s ability to go from visible to invisible, symbolizing our ability to show up for ourselves in the most relevant incarnation at the moment.

Class fee: $10.00 (Recording available for those who cannot make it in person)

UPDATE FROM NADIYA REGARDING CLASS SCHEDULE:

I shall be offering one class a month until the Autumn at which point, I shall return to teaching one Qigong class a week and offering Celtic Wisdom teachings on the main holidays of the Celtic Wheel of the year. Weekly classes will be on Thursdays at 5pm.
